                            RESOLUTION NO.   21127 
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 20855,
                 ENCAPTIONED "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
                 TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH ENGEL STADIUM
                 CORPORATION AND HAMILTON COUNTY FOR THE
                 APPROVAL OF AN OFFICE COMPLEX AT ENGEL STADIUM
                 AND THE SUBSEQUENT PURCHASE OF SAME BY THE CITY
                 OF CHATTANOOGA AND HAMILTON COUNTY." SO AS TO
                 DELETE ANY AND ALL REFERENCE TO "ONE HUNDRED
                 SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($160,000.00)" AND
                 SUBSTITUTE IN LIEU THEREOF "TWO HUNDRED TEN
                 THOUSAND DOLLARS ($210,000.00), WITH THE CITY'S
                 PORTION TO BE NINETY-TWO THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED
                 DOLLARS ($92,500.00) MADE PAYABLE TO HAMILTON
                 COUNTY."
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Resolution No. 20855, encaptioned
       hereinabove, be and the same is hereby amended so as to delete 
any
       and all reference to "One Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars
       ($160,000.00)" and substitute in lieu thereof "Two Hundred Ten
       Thousand Dollars ($210,000.00), with the City's portion to be
       Ninety-Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($92,500.00) made
       payable to Hamilton County."
